1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SuperPrep ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SuperPrep application. By accessing the application, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

SuperPrep uses Artificial Intelligence to generate recipes, meal plans, and cooking instructions. While we strive for accuracy, please be aware that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe.

  • Food Safety: You are responsible for ensuring all food is prepared safely. The app may not always account for proper cooking temperatures or food handling practices.
  • Allergies: While the app attempts to respect dietary restrictions, it may occasionally suggest ingredients that conflict with your specified allergies or preferences. Always verify ingredients before cooking or consuming.
  • Liability: SuperPrep assumes no liability for any illness, injury, or damage resulting from the preparation or consumption of the recipes provided by the application.

3. User Representations

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; and (3) you will not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Application for any purpose other than that for which we make the Application available. The Application may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

5. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Application at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Application without notice at any time.
